Import Addresses
If you already have an Address Book or Address List, you can import it into your account in Work2Go.
Make sure you have your contacts saved in a comma-separated .Csv file.Please go ahead and use one of our templates which you can download at the bottom of this page.
The import is done under the Preferences tab > Import/Export.
- File: Locate your file and click Browse.
- Type: If the list is from another email client that is presented in the drop-down list, select it.
If it's a list, only containing of email addresses, select Auto-Detect.
If you're importing a list from another Work2Go account, select Account Contacts. - Destination: Select which Address Book to import your contacts to.
To create a new Address Book, click New. Fill in a name for the new Address Book in the "Create New Address Book" dialog-box and click OK. - Start the import by clicking OK > Import.

A simple template with only name, email address and telephone number.
Open/Save the file as a comma-separated .Csv file.
