How to install the Outlook connector
This guide describes how to install the connector for Outlook 2010. But the connector works for Outlook 2003 and 2007 as well.
To use the smart sync between Work2Go and Outlook required a Work2Go Pro account.

1. If you've already used Outlook on your computer, you should make a back up of your profile. Please read this if you need assistance.
2. Download the connector here: Outlook connector
3. Save the file and double-click on its icon to start the installation of the connector.
4. Choose Run.
5. Next.6. Accept the terms and then click Next.
7. Click Next to start the installation.
8. When the installation is finished, it's time to configure a profile in Outlook.Click Close to close the installation window.
NOTE! PLEASE READ THIS FIRST IF YOU'RE ALREADY USINGS OUTLOOK!
9. Start Outlook and a window to configure the server settings should open automatically.
If you have an older version of Outlook, you might have to open the window yourself, File > Data File ManagementAccount
Settings.
Server Configuration
Fill in the Server Name: m.work2go.net
Check the box for "Use secure connection".
Enter your email address/the email address you use when logging into your account,
and your password.
Select No proxy (unless your network administrator tells you differently).
11. Download Settings
Here, we recommend you to check "Download headers only" if you're mainly on line while working in Outlook. If you're on the other hand working in Outlook a lot while you're offline, you should NOT have the box checked.
Click Apply and then OK.
Your Work2Go account will now start to sync to your Outlook. First time this may take some time, depending on how much information you have to sync of course. If it's not starting automatically, just click Send and Receive.
