If the sync isn't working properly or you get error messages when you have the Outlook Connector installed, please activate the tool ZCO loggning.

ZCO loggning (ZCOLogCtl.exe) is installed together with the Outlook Connector.
The tool is available here: C:Program FilesCommon FilesSystemMSMAPI

Dubble-click the file ZCOLogCtl.exe and enter the settings shown in the picture.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

1. Enable: Enable Logging, Http Logging, Verbose Logging
2. Path: choose a location to save the log files
3. Prefix: keep "zco"
4. Maximum Log File Size (MB): 10
5. Then click OK to activate the tool.
6. Restart Outlook.
7. Now re-create your issue.
8. Return to the ZCO logging tool (ZCOLogCtl.exe) and disable the logging function.
9. Start Outlook again.
10. Zip the log files and send them to us by email for analysis.
