Working with attachments
You can handle attached files in several ways in Work2Go.
Email messages can carry different file types as attachments. Some you can open in your web browser, while others require to be opened with an application installed in your computer, such as Word. Messages with an attachment is marked with a paperclip next to the subject.

To open an attachment and look at it directly, you click either the file name or Download. From there you can decide whether you want to open it or save it on your hard drive.
If you click Briefcase a copy of the file will be saved in the folder you select. You can also choose to remove the file, which is a good idea if you first save the file to your Briefcase, since it's unnecessary to keep a file twice on your account.

If you want to attach a file to your email and have the file on your desktop, you can drag and drop it to your email's toolbar and it will be attached automatically. What is important to keep in mind is that you must drag the file to the designated field. It will not work if you drag it into your message area.
You can also click Add attachment in the email toolbar and select the file, either on your hard drive or in your Briefcase. You can also add multiple files at once. Select all files and then click Attach. If the files are located in different folders in your Briefcase, you have to redo the steps for each folder. It is also possible to add files such as images in the message body by checking the box next to "Show images in message body".
