Can't 'forget' old addresses

If you have the option "Add new contacts to "Emailed Contacts" selected in Preferences > Address Book,  email addresses you send a mail to will automatically be saved in the Address Book called Emailed Contacts.
If you then remove this marker, the addresses already saved will still be kept in this Address Book until you delete them yourself, and therefore they won't disappear from the list either, even though you choose 'Forget'.

To remove the address from the list, you have to delete the address in your Address book first.

Why are there duplicate folders in my account?

This is due to the protocols (used when using an external e-mail client) that doesn't allow messages in Drafts/Sent/Trash that is created in your e-mail client/mobile, to be stored in the same folders that are already there in your Work2Go-account.
In an iPhone, the activity made on your mobile will be kept in the top folders for Drafts/Sent/Trash (with the symbols). While the bottom Drafts/Sent Messages/Deleted Messages (folders) contains activities you've done while you've logged into your account in a browser. However, you can link these folders with each other.
Read more about how to link your folders here.

I don't get any notifications of new mails on my iPhone/iPad

If you have set up sync to your mobile but even though you have new mails, you don't get any notifications about this, depends on your preferences. Go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Fetch New Data. Here you can choose to turn on or off Push when data is sent automatically to your mobile. If you choose not to have a Push activated, you can fetch new data at various time intervals instead. The longer the time between fetches, the better the battery life you get. If you select Manual, the account will only send data when it is used.
